Looking at the price and the logo I doubt Land Rover have anything to do with those Whistle

Probably the usual Chinese rip off of key brands for their own commercial success.

May be because of the different spelling - Land Rover vs Landrover maybe?

Yeah thought about that too ........ even Lan Drover.

And probably just a coincidence that they use the same shade of green on the label tag and box. FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-
