Thirty years ago there was something similar on a farm between Tomintoul and the Lecht. I always assumed it was a home-made conversion, but perhaps it was one of these! Strangely, I still look down the farm track any time I pass, wondering if it is there! 2005 D3 2.7 Auto

Thanks to the wonders of Google Streetview, I’ve just had a drive through the farmyard and the tracked landie is definitely not there! Couple of ancient seed drills, a forage harvester, a defunct sprayer and empty sheds!

Now to cyberstalk the place that used to have an old Austin Champ... 2005 D3 2.7 Auto

When I toured Scotland last year, there was one, all painted bright yellow. In was in a forest area, where local authority were felling trees.

Also seen the one at Gaydon.

Nice to see ......... but not your daily transport.
