Disco to FL, hello all, nice here

Well, after 9 years of Disco..

It's time for a smaller, leaner flavour of LR due to no time for off-road expeditions and the caravan going. (How doooo you take a picture on a slanted driveway Rolling with laughter )

We have bought a run out metropolis in Firenze which is currently back at the dealers getting roof rails and bars and swan neck tow bar with 13 pin leccy

glad to be here for good, although I have owned FL before, I look forwards to soaking in your combined knowledge, partaking, and helping if I ever become sufficiently knowledgable Laughing SD4 HSE Lux

Quite a bit of feedback on forum about LR swan necks not lasting too well. Search on the caravanning and touring section.

Thanks Dr, I would normally be very cautious and that thread confirms. However, I am only using the bar for a Thule 3 bike carrier and collision deterent Whistle and the 13 pin is primarily for trickle charge when I am away. If I still had a caravan my approach would be different.

Based upon use and 3 year warranty I will see how it goes for now

Thank you Bow down Thumbs Up SD4 HSE Lux

I am beginning to agree, although was not so sure at first as the factory stuff is so dark. My wife's Fiat 500 has a much more subtle yet still effective mid tint which works well on red SD4 HSE Lux

Welcome Dave Thumbs Up
You will have a great time here, fantastic colour but you know that, some are jealous as they forgot to spec a colour, even worse they kept the box Laughing ◼️

Windows, had them on the silver one, jury still out on this one.

It is probably the best colour I've seen the FL2 in. Always liked red coloured cars, would be my first choice but this time round for me I had to go green, saving the planet and all thing like that. Just doing my bit to help Thumbs Up MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

Thanks all, club red it is! Snap Taz and even more madboy, look great! I don't need to visualise mine with the roof bits as I have looked in your gallery Thumbs Up

Really happy that we went bold now.The neighbours will call us "red freaks" behind our backs I expect, as the wife's Fiat 500 is also of a red n black theme Laughing SD4 HSE Lux
