I have a starting issue with my 60 plate car.
Sometimes when starting from cold, you go through the normal starting procedure, i.e. fob in, foot on brake, press button - nothing, just a lot of relays clicking etc.
I might do this a couple of times - usually the car starts.
I have found now that moving the transmission shift lever , usually brings it back to life, so there must be a problem with the inhibitor switch in that assembly.
Is this an easy to get to item so that I can replace it and monitor the outcome????
I changed the battery before christmas, as I thought this was the cause of the problem, but it still does it.
