How do you know he's a trucker, how do you know what is weight is, he maybe in in a 7.5 ton vehicle, registered before 2000, therefore he would not be required to have a limiter fitted, also allowed to do 70mph.

The point I was making is that the engine would be clapped out. I have just watched the video again and the truck pasted the somerfield & wiseman trucks like they where in reverse & he did go in the 3rd lane.
