As I will be using this in winter I feel that a 4WD quad will be more suited to my needs as they are a lot bigger than the Raptor and hopefully with it being a bit bigger god forbid in a traffic accident I should come out ok.

Hi LR NUT, did you end up buying a quad or not?

Interested to know whether you got an X8 as I see Quadzilla are big in the market even with agricultural quads now. I agree with you it looks like a lot of kit. I have a Terrain 500 and wondering whether to upgrade to the X8 now.

It's gone up in value by £1,378 already but I'll never sell it. One thing to watch with the X8 is they leak coolant and some have oil seeping from the gearbox.
