A fellow farmer came to my farm today in an 08 Fl2 HSE courtesy car, We had to drive round the farm looking at potatoes he is growing in my fields. Anyway he told me not to bother about my dirty boots and overalls and we jumped in and went for a ride. I must say it coped very well going over some rough tracks and fields riding smoothly over potholes that really shake-up my pickup truck

He said he liked the car but the key fob/start button thing is pointless, and I showed him how to deactivate the seat belt chime so he can drive around farms etc without having to belt up as that was really annoying him.
Overall verdict nice car (blue no towbar) shame it now stinks of chicken inside . Hes had the car for several days and the whole thing now looks absolutely filthy.

So basically I now know how well the fl2 copes with rough (but very dry) conditions, so no need to get mine dirty Maybe in a few years my existing FL2 can be my farm truck and I'll get a new one (black no towbar) for Mrs G At work
