Having asked him for a price, Dan @ Duckworths has very honourably mentioned that there may be a few of the original style tailgate handles knocking around following upgrades to the new style (chrome 4r$e end piece).

This is for a 2010 XS model - just to be clear this is the one that is just wider than the number plate not the wider upgrade.

If anyone has one thats in new or near-new condition and can post to me in next few days I'd be happy to discuss a price.

(For those interested, a low beam in a car park and a good dose of stupid can leave the studs in the tailgate and the handle hanging from its wires - of the wives car. I'm not popular right now.)
