Had a similar thing on our Suzuki. Got home went inside, came back out and offside rear was flat as a pancake. I poked the valve and it just fell on the ground. Rubber had perished/rotted and the tyres had been changed less than a year previously. Went round to the nearside rear and casually poked the valve, this promptly blew across the driveway.. Thought better not poke the front ones. Took them back to the fitters (fortunately just round the corner) and they seem to have had a dodgy batch of valves a while back. I would have thought they could have contacted those that might be at risk. They did change all 4 for new ones for nothing. FL2 Metropolis, Loire Blue, ebony/ivory |
