Advice for polishing/finishing couple of bits of exterior

There's a few bits of the exterior I haven't found a good way to polish or finish to get a nice finish. It's the rubber (?) around the rear seat windows (is quite blotchy after washing) and the black panels between the rear seat and front seat windows.

I've tried exterior trim wipes that work quite well on other black bits of trim and the aerospace 303 (which has been excellent for interior dashboard etc.) but neither have left me satisfied.

Any tips? FL2 2011 SD4 XS in Galway Green

Always had in on my trim rubber, especially after washing. It tends to bring the chemical out from within the rubber. I did have some success with 'Back to Black' but it was too fiddly so don't bother any more.

I use this;

Produces a really nice finish and doesn't cost a fortune.

I used spray polish. I know, it sounds like a cheaters way out, but it really works to give the rubbers some nice protection.

Generally, I will polish the body panels with proper wax and then use this stuff to do all the edges where I intentionally didn't get too close with the wax, the rubbers, the side windows, etc. 1st time FL2 owner. 2007 SE i6 in Tambora Flame.
