Morning all,

I’m looking at ordering a pair of top half mirror covers for my 13MY GS. My MY13 has the old style one piece mirrors (curved edge rather than straight edge) so I am looking at the stick on ones. If anyone has fitted this type before, could you tell me the thickness of the mirror plastic casing? I’m a little concerned there may be a significant ‘Step’ when these are fitted therefore giving me problems when fitting my ‘Clamp On’ towing mirrors. The clamps on my towing mirrors slightly overlap the point where the covers fit (hope that make sense).

I was looking at a Disco 3 with stick on covers on a car park the other day and there seemed to be a very noticeable 1.5 - 2mm step.

I did a search but couldn't find anything.
