Get in the queue Mr Pinks! 126.9 doesn't sound too bad - I think it was about £1.35 when I left the UK.

Diesel is still 136.9 at my geographic local. It's the classic "nearest garage this side of civilisation". Cilvilisation is located 5 miles away (Stow-on-the-wold* or Moreton-in-marsh**), I am though expecting a huge price drop when they get a new delivery to at least 134.9, maybe less!

Neither did I! I only managed to squeeze in £18 worth, as had filled up on Monday annoyingly. I can only imagine that once that lot is sold, the next delivery will cause the price to rise...will keep an eye on Petrolprices.com for the WD area....they seem to be the cheapest Town in th Country whenever I drive through there. Given AD2919574828473's proximity to the A41, I'm surprised that he's not filling his Disco up there every day of the week! Foraging near Gaydon....

It's not that bad, a small price to pay for the benefit of Permagrin. |

My brother in law runs a small campsite in North Devon and due to supermarket pressure all local garages have stopped selling fuel. Its now a 35 mile round trip to get any and he now advises (on his website) everyone to arrive with enough fuel as generally customers from towns don't give a thought to the sparsity of rural fuel supplies. |
