Mine has black roof ,no tow bar and black lettering on number plate, yours had the optional white letters.

Reading that article I would have said that it was down to driver inexperience and poor choice of tyres..... until you read that the Macan (and whatever other vehicles were there) had ploughed through with very little problem.

Agree regarding the choice of tyres (tires?), but clearly the driver had very little idea. Not knowing he had a towhook on the front, almost certainly not disengaging DSC, not using command shift... Also looks as if he was spinning the wheels way too much. As I happily learned on my LR Experience half day last week, the power needs to be aapplied progressively until the wheels bite - too much and they just spin and you go nowhere. Agree that it's likely the driver had little idea and didn't help, but as RogB said the same group with the Porsche etc, seemed to manage ok.

They said they didn't need an eD4 model as the 4wd E-Capability met the emission standards. Don't see the point of it to be honest, not much cleaner than the 150 4wd model.
