Mine don't look like that. I'd go back to the dealer and see what he other cars of that age look like. It seems odd that both appear to be "cracked". GONE - '07 TD4 GS manual Zermatt Silver

Ok I lied yesterday checked mine today again and yes they appear to have a semi circle crack which looks identical and have notches, they appear to be

Spoke to the dealer today and the 2015 Freelander they have in the showroom also has the 'arcs' in the bottom of both lamp units - so starting to think that it's part of the design...
