I have one up in the loft somewhere but it was one of these:



£25 per month standing charge, 50p per minute or part minute. No included minutes, no texts, no storing numbers, analogue battery meter! A real arm-stretcher to carry around.

I can remember a guy bringing one of those in the pub back in the day. He heaved it up onto the bar and EVERYONE gathered round in awe. He rang the pub landline and people literally gasped!
