Clearly the price of fuel has got to my fuel gauge. Today it refused show the fuel level ( remained on empty), until it had a pwr off / pwr on ignition cycle.......

If the gauge does this while you drive than the FL2 will go in limp mode to save fuel and this ight get on your nerves. FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER

Hi AndyP, as Matei says there are a few threads about this issue. In the end the dealer had to order two new sender units which took 4wks to be sent. It appears to be OK now but it only had 2 full fuel tank fills, I'm shocked at how much the tank holds (aka +£80 !!) but happy its sorted (for now)

Take the car in to the dealer ASAP and get it sorted but expect a long parts wait.

Good luck ! Thumbs Up
