turn off tpms warning?

Anybody know of a way to short out the TPMS warning? I'm using a set of different rims for winter that does not have TPMS installed. stupid canada laws make people dummer. Armchair Commando

can you not just get a second set of sensors for the extra rims? Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

not willing to spend an extra 200USD just to tell me to check my tires...I'd rather use a 50 cent tire gauge.
but the blinking light is annoying. Armchair Commando

I was not aware that the FL2 had TPMS. I have looked through the owner’s handbook and there is no mention of this.

I can’t imagine that there would be one as in differing driving conditions you may wish to adjust the tyre pressures (or so it says in the handbook).

...........we should not forget that an X3 is only a baby X5 whose mother was a Range Rover Yawn that may be regarded as the mother of our FL2 Rolling Eyes 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
