Centre Vents Problem?

Just noticed that the two centre air vents (beside the touch screen) have very different blower speed when the other settings (temperature, air distribution, etc.) are the same. The right one has relatively weak air flow. Is this normal? What is the possible problem?

Maybe it,s just that the automatic air conditioning considered that the right needed less cooling or warming?
Is this the first time you notice ? If she did this again was it allways the right part that got the lesser flow? FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER

Have tried on mine an hour ago. Car stayed for 8 hours in the sun. Not too hot but got preety hot inside. On auto they both blew the same airflow. Then I put the ventilator on max and the same happened. Put it back on auto same. Nothing changed untill I got home but as I really live very close to work (if not for the joy of driving the FL2 no real reason to drive to work - think only about 2.5 KM away) so that there was no chance to really cool the interior and see what happens.
First time I go on a lonler trip I will watch FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER

If the temperature is the same inside the car then the airflow should be the same, as I demonstrated it to someone yesterday.

When the settings were the same they were blowing the same. Then I changed the passenger side up to 28 so whilst the drivers side stayed blowing at full strength the passenger side air became hot (like a hairdryer) and the airflow reduced, which would be because to get the interior up to 28 here is very easy, so no effort required!

you are probably right.
I thought that as opposed to the old fahion air cond where if you set the air on cold it will blow cold at a prestted temp all the time, this modern dual air cond had some sensors so that when the requested temp is achieved it works slowere and also that these sensors wolud help the ar cond to blow cold and then hot air to mentain the required temperature with no input from the driver. So I assumed that there are at least to temperature sensors that work with the dual air cond in order to metain, if necessary a different temperature on the right and left side. Therefore I thought that if the air cond sensors might think that the required temperature (equal on both sides as it seems in this case) is easier to achieve by blowing different air flows the air cond might decde to addapt the air flow to particular interior heating conditions of the car.
But this does seem rather too high teck? FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER

When you consider all of the other systems on the vehicles it isn't that high tech really and basically will operate in a similar method to what you said.

The dealer technician has solved this problem by adjusting the connecting rod inside.
