2011 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Santorini Black
Changing rear shocks

Folks

I am needing to change the rear shocks on my Freelander and had a go at it today, didn't have much success getting the thing off.

Has anyone done this? What is the best way to it, should I be removing the hub and pulling the drive shaft out to get enough clearance to pull the shock free? Its a fair old length and by the time I have dropped the hub etc down to try and pull it out the drive shaft is getting pulled out the diff.

Help would be greatly appreciated before I have another go at it tomorrow. 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE
