I have a HSE with reversing camera would anyone know if it would be possible to add an additional wireless camera mounted on my big white box and use the on board display, maybe by adding a video switch to disconnect the oem camera.
The fitted camera is of no use when reversing said big white box!!

In theory it is possible, but the Freely transmits all data on various data buses, so you would need to jump in to the video signal before it's transformed into a data signal. With these modern data systems that may be in the camera mother board as it is part of a system my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
