FL2 Metropolis

Hi all,

Have said hello in the "say hello" section already but thought I'd get a picture up of my new arrival!

Assuming upload has worked here it is:

Look forward to sharing my views of ownership experience. Thumbs Up

Looks good , very few have the roof bars , I think they make the car look better. I fancy getting one in green , but can't decide on the interior colour , the black is too dark 😳 the ivory is too light & the brown is .. Let's just leave it there.

Purplemadboy,

Thanks for the comment.

Perhaps it's my eyes but do think the ebony grained leather does look a shade lighter (if that's possible with black!) than standard ebony.

Agree on roofbars, also have the front & rear mudflaps but that pick does not show them up (and before anyone says I don't plan on extreme off-roading as I know they would be ripped off by the mere sight of a rut !! Very Happy )

Best interior colour combo on Green is Almond/Nutmeg IMHO

Fairfax, which Dealer did you use up here in Warks.? Foraging near Gaydon....

I haven't seen a metropolis with black interior , they have all had the ivory .. The ivory looks lovely but I think it would dirty too easily .

I haven't seen the nutmeg in real life so I can't say what I truly think of it . Years ago the wife and had a new ford probe ( v6 2.5) in alpine green ( like a metallic British racing green) with tan leather .. Best looking probe on the road.
If the nutmeg is closer to tan than the orange look it has in the brochure we will probably go for that .

Thumbs Up Good experience at Stratford? I tend to use Guy Salmon Coventry, as its nearer, and have nothing but praise for them. Compared with the "other" Dealership in Solihull, they are like chalk and cheese in terms of customer service. Foraging near Gaydon....
