Always willing to accept another members car free for spare parts Laughing Wink

The present owner has a huge motorhome in the back part of the garage, hence the higher garage doors not shown in the photo but now installed

Quote from blurb

Double Garage measuring 19’1 x 17’2 being of pitched roof
constriction with one up and over door and one set of wooden doors
being of extra height especially for access for a camper van, light and
power and door to the front of the property, there is folding wooden
doors giving access to
Further Garage measuring 27’ x 10’ with door to workshop
measuring approximately 25’3 x 9’2 with light and power and fitted
work bench, storage units and shelving with door leading to garden.

and that is without adding the bit with the"normal" garage see smaller garage door

Thinks on

With a little work could change it into a nightclub its that big Rolling with laughter Of course I could get a couple of hammers and turn it into a knocking shop Rolling with laughter

Joking apart I have to admit I am excited to get it having looked at so many houses in the area. For example on one day alone going to do a viewing and on the way the property was withdraw, next 2 properties I would not put a rat into and the last for the day was sold before we got there same day.

It was like that all week. Went to a place In horley where 3 big companies building, all three showrooms had at least 5 couples wanting to buy and all being built were sold and so were the next phase starting in Sept.
WE searched across east/west sussex and parts of surrey. Not one decent one in our price range and basically agents were saying in their own terms you stand no chance even as a cash buyer.

Wife and I spotted this one found out it only put on the market a couple of days previous and already had 2 viewings with another booked for the following weekend in a couple of days time. they dithered and lost out Ner Ner Ner Ner Ner Ner Ner Ner Ner Ner

Met agent on site had a good look around and I said to her indoors "Have it" there and then, she was, shall we say, going to think about it. Put my "rare" foot down and said if we didn't say yes there and then we would have lost it for sure. She is now pleased I made the decision straight away but its not that often I do the "MAN" of the house thing. Censored

Houses in the South of England in the surrey -kent- sussex -hampshire area are selling fasted than hot cross buns at easter, its manic.

bit of work to do settling in after completion such as new bathroom -new boiler- redecorating. Saying about working hard for it, just as an example when my wife and I first met we didn't have a penny between us and my wife owed payments on her car.

Hard graft and long hours and 5 jobs between us at the time got us started and the rest is history Ex 2010 Freelander2 GS-e Diesel manual Silver owner

When you get to the point where all the hard work pays off - well, there's no feeling like it. 13 years ago I was homeless and living out of 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix. This year I bought a Land Rover and it's parked in the drive of a house that I own. Feels good.

Hi Stevie. Moved from Sowerby Bridge about 5 weeks ago. Selby is a nice place, and the countryside (apart from the power stations is beautiful. Big plus is that it's fairly flat Laughing

The biggest thrill as to house ownership was our very first little 2 bed house we bought. Being able to close the front door for the first time from the inside was amazing. Once done it was our world and no one elses. Ex 2010 Freelander2 GS-e Diesel manual Silver owner
