Yeah but the strange thing is that I worked 2 times I could say voice commands and I got the voice command list but after 2 times I never did voice commands until 3months after that and then I did not work so why did it work 2 times?! |

Only logical explanation is that when you pressed the "Speech Recognition" button on the steering wheel you either turned the volume down on the Voice Control feature using the volume up or down, also on the multi function steering wheel or the volume knob on the centre console.

I don't have the touch screen satnav, I have the small screen it supports bluethooth, aux and USB I can't go into the speech menu but I'm 150% sure I could make voice commands the first time it's so weird I can't understand how this could happen.. there must be an explanation or not? |

Press "Voice Control" on steering wheel and try and turn up volume using either steering wheel control or centre console volume control, that will be the only explanation.

I will try this and yes I have the small screen but yet I'm sure I got in to the voice commands.. |

I realise that this is in vain, I’m assuming that I cannot voice dial from my iPhone 7 paired with bluetooth in my 2007 FL2 HSE? |
