COOLING FAN FUSE

HI ALL, I HAVE THE LR FREELANDER 2 2006 3.2.PETROL AUTOMATIC. THIS IS MY FIRST REAL QUEIRY. MY ENGINE OVERHEATS WHEN STATIONARY WITH ENGINE IDLING AFTER AROUND 40 MINUTES. THE COOLING FAN DOES NOT CUT IN. I BELIEVE THAT FUSE F3 IN THE ENGINE FUSE BOX IS RELEVANT TO IT, BUT IT APPEARS TO BE ENCASED ALONG WITH TWO OTHER FUSES (F4 AND F5). FOR THE LIFE OF ME I CANNOT SEE HOW I CAN REMOVE AND CHECK THESE FUSES - CAN ANYONE ASSIST ?

There are some plastic tabs that must be pressed with the tip of a flat screwdriver in order to lift their cover.

HI alex_pescaru - Thaks for the reply. I had seen the tab and tried it lift it with a screwdriver - eventually I ised Pincers and found the whole casing had previously been broken and glued back in place - no wonder I couldn't get it off !!.
THyanks again
