Weird clonks when cold engine.

I have a noise comming from the front left (when standing in front of the car) engine bay. Seems to go away when engine heats up. So mainly at start up.
No engine lights or anything. Car seems to run fine.

Sound comes from the highlighted location.

What is that thing above the alternator? Not sure it's that. May come from just underneath the plastic cover. Difficult to exactly pinpoint as it disapears in a few minutes.
