1. Who were you with before? (presumably at a higher premium cost)
2. Did you have to increase your excess?
3. Have you had to lose any features (eg euro cover etc)?
4. Did you give your previous insurer an opportunity to re-quote?

2) excess £250 voluntary and £250 compulsory
3) all features as far as I can see are the same
4) can't get close, with the mods plus they can only protect my NCB rather than guaranteed

I used them the other year in a multi car policy and the intersting thing was as i had full no claims for one car they gave the same level of no claims to my second car although i had only had it a couple of years
then when i left them and went else where the proof of no claims was 7 years on both cars so i managed to get an extra 5 years NCD on my other car
