They arrived on time, had it installed in less than 2 hours
This included approx 25 minutes fitting my cycle carrier mount, as
it prevented the bracket for the electrics being correctly mounted.
So, a few minutes with a grinder and a hammer, mounting bracket for electrics "re engineered "

All done, perfect.

Compared to Sturgess, who 18 months ago took approx. 6 hours to remove and reinstall
a LR fixed towbar from one freelander to another.

not cheap at just over £300, but well worth it.

18 months ago I asked Sturgess to take the Land Rover fixed bar and twin electrics off my 59 plate FL2 and put them on my new XS. The salesman politely declined saying they had just done it for a customer and it was a nightmare.

They arranged a mobile Witter fitter who put on a new one for £279 inc electrics.

Sound like you saved me a few hundred pounds. Thanks A Land Rover owner since 1988
