Swapping towbars

Now that my warranty has expired, I am considering changing my LR swan neck detachable towbar for a witter one with a flange so that I can attach a bike carrier whilst towing.
Is this a reasonably easy thing to do?
Thanks.

Not a problem for a competent DIYer with a decent set of spanners/sockets. You may need to remove the lower securing screws from the bumper for better access. Possibly even remove the bumper completely. None of it difficult. Take a look on the PF Jones website & select LR Freelander 2. There you can see all their towbars that fit and at the bottom of each page is a downloadable pdf with diagram and instructions on how to fit one. All will then be revealed!
You can get the job done in a morning!
