Aluminum footrest plate & pedal covers

Do LR make any aluminium footrest plates and pedal covers ? I can see a few types on evilbay, but nothing that looks like a genuine LR product.

2011 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Fuji White

I don't think LR do them for the Freelander. The only ones I've seen have been shipping from China on 'that' auction site. I'd be interested to see if anyone has ever fitted them.
