Went to Harwoods in Basingstoke to buy a year old Land Rover. The sales chap Richard was absolutely fantastic we got a very fair price on the FL2 we traded in (15k for 09 HSE with 64k on clock). Managed to get set of seat covers and a guard for the back thrown in. We bought a Defender 90 it's a works car which is replacing two vehicles the Freelander and a Mits L200.

The dealer principal Chris was a really nice guy it was a real pleasure doing buisness with these guys. I know we probably could have a got a bit more on a private sale but with curbed alloys and a few small dings on it I don't think a private sale would have worked.

Dealt with Richard last September when I purchased FL2 from them, bit of a trek but worth it. When I collected car had chat with Chris too, nice guy. Can't fault Harwoods CS service wrote to owner and expressed same, got nice reply from him also.

Can't even compare compared to previous experience of LR Bishop Stortford - Lookers - shocking cust service.
