VSB - what does that mean?

Anyone know what the code 'VSB' means on Land Rover service invoices?

Looking at the history of a car, one of the items on an invoice reads:

I, VSB, Additional Work, 2.50, £174.18

I'm guessing the 2.50 is 2.5 hours labour but VSB has me stumped..

Edit.

Hmmm. Did some more Googling. Perhaps Vendor Service Bulletin? Maybe a recall or similar?
