Heating/Cooling problems in New FL2

Have got a brand new 6 week old LR2 eD4 with manual heating and cooling. I cannot change between the modes.
When on heating if you switch to cold, nothing happens. Last week I was out early in the morning and the heating took about 30 mins to come on.
Anyone else had problems like this,

Thanks in Advance.

Check your AC levels.... may need a re gas. Check for leaks first though.

EDIT - Been new get it back to LR and ask them to check the above and not just re fill.... Terran

Return the car to the dealer, they know of the problem with manual aircon and will apply a software upgrade

You need a software update for the heater module. Had this on both of mine, takes about 30 mins to do...... 2013 FL2 - Black Edition Auto
