I've managed to confuse myself with regards to my MY2010 TD4e servicing. I've just got the car - it came from a LR dealer and has a 12 month LR warranty. I understand that the service intervals are 15k / 12mths, which ever comes soonest, and that there are A (minor) and B (major) services - I have the maintenance check sheet PDF.

This is it's history:

09/10 new.
05/11 A 12mth / 15k service at 15,476 m (on mileage)
12/11 B 24 mth / 30k service at 31,659 m (on mileage)
07/12 A 36 mth /45k service at 49,456 m (on mileage)
09/13 B 48 mth / 60k service at 56,985 m (on mileage)

The car is now at 58k and 40 mths old. I only do about 7.5k miles a year so am not unduly worried about it's relatively high mileage.

The next service should be another A service, at 60 mths or 75k miles. On age / date that will be Sep 2015 or on mileage, at my rate of use, about Feb 2016!

Keeping in mind the LR warranty, and common sense, I guess I should service the car next when it's 48mths old? If so, according to the schedule, that should be a B service - but it had one of those last Sept and will only have done about 7.5k miles since.

As I said, I've confused myself! Should I work from the last B service in Sept 2013, and make the next one an A service in Sept this year, assuming I don't do 15k miles before then (which I won't)?

I,m with npinks it's goes on mileage and/or months which ever comes soonest.

And the services alternate A and B

So it was serviced in September 2013 so the next one is due September 2014,
unless you do 15,000 miles before September then it goes on mileage.
But going on the info you've given can,t see you doing that.
