AFAIK, even untinted glass stops some UV wavelengths so will lessen the effects but not prevent exposure completely. 2013 RR Evoque Pure Tech

Standard glass stops most UVA - hence 'reaction' lenses not tinting and your skin not 'burning' when in the car on sunny days. However......
