England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Nazca Sand
Wheel alignment/ Tracking

Hi All, My first post on the site. Does anyone have any experience of having their Freelander 2 wheel alignment checked. I've had the vehicle around 17 months and have started to notice a scrubbing effect on the front NS tyre.

I had similar issues and found a local company that does the full 4 wheel check

http://www.alignmycar.co.uk is a good place to find your nearest place

I would advise that even though there is a 'factory standard' alignment for FL2s, that your FL2 may require more expertise than some firm with a Hunter 400 and an OE Spec sheet can muster, so do your homework before you fork out somewhere around £100 for a proper alignment.

I used these guys for my MX5, because they were recommended to me by someone I trust and whose ability to drive I admire. Totally transformed the handling of the car to the point where I can practically steer it around a bend with the throttle and minimal steering input.
