Scotland 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Sumatra Black

When I say you wouldn't 'need' to go down as small as 16s, from what I picked up from the original post it sounded like he was doing normal road driving (normal uk potholed roads!)…so it seemed a shame to go from nice HSE wheels to plain old black steels with winter tyres to get a comfy ride. All I can say is mine is well comfy off in the back of beyond in the scottish heilans and islands with 17" wheels on it. I agree, there could well be a good case for 16s if it's being used more, I guess, as the car should be used…off road. I was having a nightmare with my last car (Jag estate with 18s) with bursts/wrecked tyres and completely bust alloys-cost a fortune. None of these problems with the freelander-and it's way more comfortable to boot.
