Rear door locks

My 07 FL2 has a problem with the locks on the rear doors and I'm just wondering if it'll be easy to resolve (for a novice) or just get a garage to sort it?

The rear driver side passenger door will unlock as normal with the remote but it will not lock with the remote. Whenever I get out of the car, I need to manually push the little locking knob in before locking up the car.

The rear passenger door has an apposite problem. It locks with the remote but won't unlock so my passengers or I need to manually unlock it by popping the button from the inside.

Not just using the remote but also the locking buttons above the radio so there must be something wrong inside the door. Was thinking about trying to fix it myself but wouldn't know where to start, with getting the door cards off and what I'd need to look for to actually fix the problem.

Any guidance on where to start would be much appreciated. Thumbs Up
