I think you have all forgotten that when the Defender first came out it was badged on the front as such. It was not until the 90/110 designation that they put "Land Rover" on the front. It is just a throwback to it's roots.

The Defender has always been around its name was changed due to the introduction of the disco
It was a 90/110 before it became a defender

On the front it displayed LAND ROVER 90 before the DEFENDER name came along. So if it's a throwback to its roots the Land Rover lettering should remain. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

It was only in 2007 that the defender got the Land Rover badge slapped on the bonnet surprised they took it off so quick! Prior to that the small decal looked good Thumbs Up These were the good old days when bull bars and land rover spot lights were readily available Laughing

Don't think LR now do spots specifically for the Freely Whistle The freely is now the only Land Rover to have a Land Rover badge on it Wink MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

Still no need for the big DEFENDER lettering on the bonnet, they could stick that sticker back on it or go back to calling it a Land Rover 90/110.

I think the sales for the Defender will rocket this coming year, if I had a use for it I would buy one. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200
