Best fitment we have found is 225/75x16, but some go with 235/70x16. Andy.

I have 235/70/16, didn't know you could go to 75, thought that would be too big and effect the speedo. Learn something every day. Cheers Andy |

Only consideration you may have is that if you change the car for a new model at a later date those wheels won't fit. Just bought a MY2013 and was able to keep and fit my spare set of 17" wheels with the Wintracs (since then, it's just got warmer!) |

Thank you Andy - I shall check them both. I understand that narrower is better on winter tyres so I will probably go with the 225's as a first oreference. Any recommendations on brand? |

225/75x16 and 235/70x16 are almost spot on in size. Andy.
