Passenger in the new RRS

Had my first passenger ride in a colleagues new RRS Dynamic today, heres what i thought
- a very big car, much bigger than the old RRS however boot space appears smaller
- very smooth ride and engine very quiet
- TFT screen for speedo display is awesome
- front seats with side bolsters were very uncomfortable but got better the longer i was in them
- heated seats controls are stupid! you have to press a heated seat button to get a menu on the satnav screen to alter the setting - not good if you are trying to follow satnav instructions as you lose the screen!
- no handle on glovebox - instead a button near the satnav screen, why?
- leds light up the footwells at ALL times - why?
- treadplates have led strips in them - nice touch!!
- satnav screen is same as in the FL2 - sorry to those that have it but not on par with the competition and in a vehicle costing over £70K looks cheap and outdated! (and unless i am mistaken the same size screen as the FL2? looks like it is but i may be wrong)

Would I have one? No I wouldnt its not my cup of tea or bank balance but it would be nice to see some of the tech transfer to the new freelander. no doubt some of it will. Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black
Gone - 2014 BMW X3 M Sport Space Grey, faultless!
Gone - 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Bali Blue with xenons
Gone - 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Rimini Red with bodykit

The Sport has never been my cup of tea, if I had the cash I would go for the FFRR. The new car is an improvement over the old one but I think I would rather have a Discovery. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

I never even considered a Sport before the new model. The Discovery is too big and boxy for my liking, but a brilliant car if you have a large family.
