I have a phone nmuber of LR Asist for Romania so, as I am leaving on holidays on Thusrsday the 19.06. I askedc them or a phone number in case of emergency and all theysaid was that I should call them first whichsems stupid as this would mean that I would have to wait for them to inform the LR Asist of the country I am in.

Guess I won't need it anyway but it just sounds stupid to call on internationally back in Romania and wait for them to call the local LR in Germany or wherever if I can do it myself as I speak german and french and italian as well. Just thought that if I would get the phone numbers I could get help easiyer. Not planning to tow anyting but will have to get some paddeled 4x4 for my son so don,t want to make him think that the family FL2 is less than his chianiese Duracell propelled thing Is there any way to get this info from LR? Am not allowed to comment about caravans as I just had a word with my better part about this. Lucily for me i won the arguent for now and don't have to tow anything this year. Not any use here anyway. My wife is trying to get the little one to sleep so I hope she does not see this post too soon. I think you phone the country you live in because of language problems - they then deal with their counterpart in the country you require assistance in.

After speaking with them again and again thei said that even if they would give me the phone number LR Germany (or wherever the need of assistance would hapen) would have to contact them for confirmation that my FL2 is covered (as if LR did make FL2 before 2005 ) and I have to call them anyway.

I've seen that some forum members have received a sort of LR Assit card (which presumablby is sort of international and has a number). Can anyone give me an email address of LR (or phone number) so that I can find out what I must do to get one.

Sorry, can't help on this one. My membership card just has a one UK number on it for use in the UK and another UK number if I'm abroad.
