Interesting alternative to a Stinger

Thought about this before, surprised it's not already in use, I am sure the military will already have something much better they aren't telling us about yet.

I can see the good points, but in the wrong hands it has some bad points, you can already get Jamming Devices for jamming Trackers, in the wrong hands you could have someone down a quiet road hijacking and robbing at will, the victim drives up to the criminal. It would need to have safeguards to keep it out of the wrong hands and that I cannot see happening.

RADAR was an off shoot of that technology, just a full circle, cars with ECU's will be far more susceptible than the good old diesel with a mechanical pump and a hand cut out, they would be completely immune. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
