Of the 6 members who replied and also gave their location 4 are in the North East, 1 is "round and about" and myself in the North West so can we now decide were we would like to meet and again I will have to ask npinks to help with this as not sure if we now have to start a fresh topic but would suggest we start of with the following.

OK the Midlands seems to be winning so I will leave it until next week and then with npinks co-operation we will
1-Try to narrow the area down a bit and
2-The impossible one. Try to agree a date and period of stay.

Might it be better to locate a particular site later this year, then this can be booked when the caravan club sites release them in December or do you (as organiser) get a list of all caravan club membership numbers and book on as a job lot  Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Second point-will have to speak to The CC to see what their attitude to block booking is.

I know it's not the Midlands, but I know they have had Rally's at Broadway CC Site, also they have a Rally Field at Chirk CC Site, so they do allow it. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

I am aware of this so will ask the CC for details of all site with rally fields but not sure what the insurance implications may be as we are not a recognised caravan club with all that that entails, but will now have time to research it.
