Our 2010 Td4e just stated making a clattering noise from the unit immediately to the right if the dipstick. Also I've found there is oil on the outside of the pipe that runs down from the bottom if it.
What is it, why is it clattering, and why is there oil coming out of it?

My local independent Land Rover garage identified the part as the Throttle Motor Housing,
