Permanent live

I am going to install the DVD system on Saturday. Now I understand that both aux power sockets on the centre console are switched live (2013MY), so I can wire in behind these for the switched live.

But any ideas for the permanent live? I don't want to go directly from the battery. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

You should be able to get a permanent live from the stereo wiring as there has to be a perm to keep the stereos memory Thumbs Up

On the 2013, the aux power sockets are switched lives.

I was going to perhaps take a fused permanent live from the battery, and the then use the aux power sockets for the switched. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
