Sad story - Please share

Found this on another forum and thought I would share it:

She is a beautiful, sweet natured little lass, who had a few abdominal pains in July which was thought to be gallstones. As a precaution she was sent for a scan & it was discovered she has liver cancer which had spread to her lungs.
She has undergone a very harrowing course of aggressive treatment.
She had her 15th birthday on 22nd & managed to get to see The Arctic Monkeys in concert & we were hoping she was responding well to her treatment.
Unfortunately, on Friday 25th, her scan showed there has been no response to treatment & it has spread further. There are no more options & her family just want her pain free & home.
She is unable to sing any more but used to be a fabulous singer. This is a song she recorded last December along with a film she made of the beach at Marske. She would love her vid to go viral & her parents have asked if anyone would be prepared to share to make her dream come true? LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

Sadly, this girl died recently: http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/news/teesside...ho-6305124

She was very brave and this puts things into perspective. Her wishes are coming true as her video has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times and her single has been released by Sony I believe and is currently sat at 38 in iTunes chart.

I managed to find the full length quote by Charles Dickens from A Tale of Two Cities, which I find quite touching here:

“I see a beautiful city and a brilliant people rising from this abyss. I see the lives for which I lay down my life, peaceful, useful, prosperous and happy. I see that I hold a sanctuary in their hearts, and in the hearts of their descendants, generations hence. It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known.”
