2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey
A Thankyou from Lancaster Land Rover - Reading

Arrived in the post today - a tin of cookies from my dealer

Can't deny thats a nice touch. Mind you - it might have been because I moaned to the Cust Services rep who called on a Satisfaction Survey, about no LRE voucher on delivery or bottle of champagne at the very least. Nothing - Zip - Zilch on delivery.

Must be a very old tin of biscuits that one - well passed it's best by date as there isn't a Freelander on the lid...... How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?

Recieved 2 bottles of wine with our FL2 at handover. I think it was a nice touch, as appreciation for our custom. It beats the spray of flowers from a Ford dealer (for the wife, I hasten to add). Was GS TD4 Auto, Privacy, Santorini with Tundra & Alpaca, Cold Climate Pack. Traded for Discovery Sport HSE Auto.
