Do not respond to the "parking" charges, they will hound you with threatening letters, let them, it costs them to do so, they invariably give and can only bring a prosecution against the driver, there are some new laws about having to tell them who the driver was, if it ever went to court , just tell the judge you drove around for two hours without parking. Their photos show the vehicle entering and exiting car parks, not the alleged offence of parking.
