How much will that cost to get returned. A relative of mine works for the Police and when a vehicle is seized for failure to insure then the owner has to provide a valid certificate for it to be returned. The Police then ensure that the insurance company have been made aware of the miscreant having been caught driving without insurance - ergo, premium is inflated substantially for non disclosure.
