The sunroof motor is right above the back seat. Usually the clicking sound means stripped gears in the motor.

the runners are plastic coated alloy,and the alloy swells, so if its the problem you will see bulges on the runners,my symptoms were that the one touch did not work so I had to hold the switch and release it when I thought it was closed,not quite the same as you have but worth a check of runners,and alook for any thing else that may cause a restriction,did you try the reset? |
